About NAOMI JOHNSON
Having started her business using LinkedIn, Naomi quickly shot to fame as a LinkedIn expert, writing LinkedIn profiles for business owners, thought-leaders, executives and sales teams.
Beginning her business with absolutely no notice, Naomi had to quickly establish her business to make her rent within two weeks. Applying the knowledge and skill accumulated over years of training other companies how to use LinkedIn and position themselves within their market, Naomi quickly became the 'go to' expert within her industry with her name coming up in all the right conversations. Terms & Conditions
You will receive a full written profile in accordance with our normal service agreement for clients. The profile will be written in a word document for you to amend until you are happy. Upon approval it will be sent to a third party for independent evaluation. We will then log into your LinkedIn profile and upload it for you, polishing your profile from top to toe as we go. Please see ‘LinkedIn Account Security & Other’.
- Within this package we foresee your profile being created following vital milestones being achieved. We will discuss and agree this ourselves and only begin work when both parties agree they have enough clarity
- Upon completion of the interview for the profile we aim to provide within 10 days of the session and will acknowledge at this interval if an extension is needed.
- You will have full right to amend the copy provided until you are satisfied
- Due to the evolving nature of your business, your LinkedIn profile summary can be reviewed in full twice during the six month period, or four times in part.
- We ask that you return the draft within 7 working days. However should you fail to return the draft by the end of your 6 month contract, you will have a further 28 days to return it to us. Past this time further work will be at the discretion of TheProfile.Company.
Each month you have 2-3 hours available for one to one support from your coach. This will be delivered as followed:
- One to one focused Coaching
Sessions can be booked in blocks of one hour, thirty minutes or 90 minutes. Pre-dominantly sessions will be held via the phone or Zoom, and/or where possible. Recordings are only possible via Zoom. Face to Face coaching is available (at the discretion of TheProfile.Company, in some cases travel expenses and travel time may be chargeable. All agreed upon signing of the contract).
b) Extra Support:
Each of the listed items will be measured in 20-minute intervals. If you exceed your 4-hour quota further support can be provided at the discretion of TheProfile.Company. If you have used less than 3 hours of your allotted time in a previous month you may transfer this over.
- Email Support
Defined as replying to questions, giving directions or advice in written form or personalised video
- Check-in Phone Calls
During the working day, you are invited to call with quick questions although we provide no guarantee that your call will be answered immediately. If you need your call returned, please send a text message outlining your concern and your coach will call you back at their earliest convenience. You are welcome to call with quick questions about an assignment, guidance before an important meeting, if you need a quick sounding board about a decision or if you're experiencing a crisis of confidence and need a pep talk.
- Reviewing Content
You are welcome to send over copy for brochures, mail outs, rich content media and blogs. We will review your copy for you and use track changes to mark up suggested changes.
LinkedIn Account Security & Other
When uploading your LinkedIn profile or when carrying out a strategy on your behalf, we will require access to your LinkedIn profile, and from time to time other platforms to carry out relevant and agreed to work.
- Within these Terms & Conditions you acknowledge NOT to share your existing password with us or one used on any other platform, but instead customise the password for our use. If you should choose not to do so or fail to read this condition, you accept full liability in the event of hacking.
- Once we have finished uploading your LinkedIn profile we will notify. Please change your password immediately. We do not accept liability for hacked accounts after receipt of an email. If we do not change the password back, you are acknowledging your consent for us to access ongoing to administer changes in accordance, and only in accordance, with the actions and strategies we have agreed.
- If our access is continued, you must notify us immediately of any alien activity you do not recognise as your or our actions.
- From time to time we will need to contact LinkedIn support to resolve issues on your account. Within these terms you allow us to contact LinkedIn support on your behalf and agree to forward response emails to use.
The coaching constitutes “Information Only” and does not constitute financial or legal recommendations or advice. You are recommended to engage licenced professional advice for legal, financial and certainly medical needs.
Intellectual Property of TheProfile.Company
You, the Client, will be receiving extensive information, literature, handouts, strategies, tests, products and materials (“the materials”) to help you. These materials have been developed over several years and the copyrights belong to TheProfile.Company, unless specifically referenced. Participants do not own the materials provided to them during the course and have no right to duplicate, copy, adapt, transmit, sell, teach or licence the materials in any way, shape or form. The materials are strictly for your personal use only as a Participant of the Programme.
The majority of our work will be carried out one to one and will be held with utmost of confidentiality. Where situational advice is provided that will benefit other coaching clients and course delegates we reserve the right to share the story but guaranteed not to disclose personal information or ideas that will negatively impact upon you and your company.
Where we do introduce you to other clients, face to face or online, our aim is to foster a safe place where ideas can be shared and not exploited, which means treating information shared within the group as confidential, especially if it is clearly sensitive information. TheProfile.Company does not, however, guarantee nor will TheProfile.Company be liable, if you share an idea and later believe that another person took this idea, or if you feel negatively affected by someone’s reaction to the information you choose to share. You do not need to share confidential information to fully experience the positive results of participation if you do not feel it is appropriate to do so.
Length of Contract & Annual Leave
The services offered herewith are for six calendar months from the start of your first coaching session.
- Annual Leave for the Client
Within this time we anticipate two weeks of annual leave. If you are planning to take a longer period of annual leave please inform us at the start of your contract or provide six weeks notice. We will add the extra time to the end of the contract, ensuring 3-4 hours of support in any calendar month for which you are working.
II)Annual Leave for your Coach
In the event that your annual leave clashes with your coach and leaves you without support for more than two weeks, we’ll add the extra time to the end of your contract. However, with your agreement, we reserve the right to supplement your sessions with extra resources or the services of a complimentary coach.
We take an initial deposit followed by six instalments to be paid by the 20th of the month. We request all clients to set up a standing order to avoid embarressment with late payments. If you sign up prior to the 10th of the month, instalments will begin the month following. If you sign up after the 10th of the month, it will be the second month.
Cancelation of Services
- Cancelation prior to your first session
If you decide not to go ahead before your first session, you will be let out of your contract if you provide 72 hours notice prior to the agreed first appointment. If however, you do not provide notice within this timeframe, you will be liable to pay £500 for the cancelled session and access to the online training (whether used or not).
- Cancelation During Contract
If for any reason the coaching is not to your liking you may cancel at anytime. However, no part of your initial payment is refundable after the first month of work. Upon payment of your first instalment you are acknowledging the services of your Coach and TheProfile.Company is to your liking and it is assumed that you have provided relevant constructive feedback if, and where, needed. We do not accept cancelations because you are busy, going on holiday (see Length of Contract & Annual Leave) or a change of business direction.
In the event that you are unable to work and are signed off by your Doctor, we will pause your contract until you are able to return. If you are paying by instalments we require 20 days notification in order to cancel the payment. If you have not met the minimum term and have not began instalments, services will simply be paused until your return. You will still have access to the online training. All hours of coaching will be banked and consumed at the normal monthly pace upon renewal of the contract. Please provide 21 days notice of your intention to re-start and 72 hours notice in the event of further postponement.
