Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

The display of goods on the TheProfile.Company site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell products or services at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of products or goods will be deemed to exist between you and TheProfile.Company unless, and until, an email is sent by TheProfile.Company, to you, confirming that your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully made.

This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by TheProfile.Company of your offer to buy goods or services from TheProfile.Company and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail.

TheProfile.Company are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods or services, any description applied to the goods or services, the availability of the goods or services, or the order itself.

Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel with us, no problem. The site is not currently subscription based so no further payments will be taken from your account beyond your first subscription.

Want a refund?
We’re still building the site and managing expectations so if you have found it isn’t to your liking we would welcome you to tell us why. For many, it is simply the time involved having to do the writing yourself. We are working hard to arrange the content to be quick and easy to digest so you get your new profile up as soon as possible. We welcome your suggestions. If you just want to say goodbye and would like a refund, please be informed that we ONLY allow it within 7 days of your payment date.

If you have simply decided to outsource writing your profile – have you considered speaking to us? We’re always on hand to write your profile. If you wish to upgrade, you only have to pay the balance for the package you choose so you won’t be out of pocket.

DELIVERY OF SERVICES

What each package includes:
The package you have signed up for is for online training and support. If you wish to speak to one of our advisers, an additional cost is involved.

Membership Levels
There are two membership levels altogether. One for writing your LinkedIn profile and one for after you’ve successfully uploaded. Our ‘What to DO on LinkedIn’ course is recommended only for those who have successfully uploaded a profile they are happy with. Why is this? [link to article]

TheProfile.Company is providing this site and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. TheProfile.Company disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, TheProfile.Company does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.

Processing of orders

Credit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by TheProfile.Company. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic fingerprints of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Changes in Terms

TheProfile.Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the TheProfile.Company web site.
