How to Change the Order of your Experience or Education on LinkedIn

If you want to change the order your experience or education appears at the top of you profile under your headline, you’ll need to change the order in the listing in each section. You can not edit the top box as it feeds through from the section.
In this video I am going to show you how quickly change the order of your LinkedIn experience and education entries.

When in edit mode, click on the section and hover over each entry and you will see these options. To change the order of the entry, hold down the blue button and drag.
The key is to locate this blue button at the top of each entry:

Hi Dean, the article you are using is out of date (as indicated by the graphic at the top). LinkedIn removed the feature in January 2017. However great news! They have now brought it back.
